Popular celebrity photographer, Kiran SA took to his official Instagram page to post the BTS (Behind the Scenes) video of his recent photoshoot with Silambarasan TR. In the newly released video, we see Kiran capturing the smart and stylish STR and the video has gone viral among the fans. These unseen moments have excited the fans on social media. We also see STR's good friend and actor Mahat Raghavendra posing along with him in a few shots.

Silambarasan TR, on the professional front, will next be seen in Maanaadu which is directed by Venkat Prabhu. Maanaadu has got huge expectations among the fans and film buffs and it is touted to be an action packed entertainer that will showcase Simbu in a completely new dimension. The film features Kalyani Priyadarshan as the female lead, while SJ Suryah will play the main antagonist. The fans are eagerly looking forward to witnessing the face off between STR and SJ Suryah on the big screen.

Maanaadu's star cast also includes the likes of Bharathiraja, SA Chandrasekhar, Y Gee Mahendran, Daniel Annie Pope, Karunakaran, Premgi Amaren, Manoj Bharathiraja, Udhayaa, and others. Produced by Suresh Kamatchi, the film has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

STR will also be seen in an extended cameo in Hansika's upcoming film, Maha, directed by debutant UR Jameel. Maha is Hansika's 50th film and it has music composed by Ghibran. The film recently ran into a controversy after its director filed a case against the producer. The case is yet to be resolved and further updates are awaited. Silambarasan TR will also be teaming up with ace filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon for a new film titled, Nadhigalile Neeradum Sooriyan. The film will have music scored by A.R.Rahman.

Following the massive success of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa and Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada, the much loved combination of Gautham Menon - STR - A.R.Rahman would be joining hands for Nadhigalile Neeradum Sooriyan.
