One project that created instant interest among Telugu cinema fans, Vakeel Saab, will see 'Power Star' Pawan Kalyan be playing the role of a lawyer in the remake of the hit 2016 Bollywood film Pink, which had legendary Hindi actor Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in starring roles. Pink was subsequently first remade in Tamil in 2019 as Nerkonda Paarvai with 'Thala' Ajith Kumar in the lead role and the film turning out to be a major box office success. Post the success of Nerkonda Paarvai, the Pink Telugu remake, Vakeel Saab, featuring Pawan Kalyan has since been announced to come out in theatres on April 9.

Jointly produced by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor under their Sri Venkateswara Creations and Bayview Projects LLP banners, Vakeel Saab has been directed by Sriram Venu of MCA and Oh My Friend fame, with the makers unveiling an action-packed teaser sometime back. However, a striking aspect of the Vakeel Saab promotions that had been missing for a while now has been the reveal of the three girls - Anjali, Nivetha Thomas and Ananya Nagalla. Having said that, a new Vakeel Saab poster introducing the three girls has been released on the occasion of the International Women's Day on Monday, which gives us the first glimpse at each of their characters in the film.

Anjali, who most likely is playing the role previously portrayed by Kirti Kulhari in Pink and Abhirami Venkatachalam in Nerkonda Paarvai, shared the new Vakeel Saab poster in which we also get to see Nivetha Thomas resembling Taapsee in the Hindi version and Shraddha Srinath from the Tamil film, with Ananya Nagalla playing Andrea Tariang's character in both releases. The story in the Hindi and Tamil versions revolved extensively around the conflict surrounding the three girls and it will be interesting to witness what the makers of Vakeel Saab have cooked up in their presentation, especially after the film's teaser featured for the most part on Pawan Kalyan. Leading South Indian composer S. Thaman, who has been on a roll for a while now, is the music director for Vakeel Saab, with expectations massive for the upcoming film considering it will be the first time since Agnyaathavaasi in 2018 that Pawan Kalyan will once again be seen on the big screen. Below is the new Vakeel Saab poster:
