Shanthnu Bhagyaraj is eagerly awaiting the release of Thalapathy Vijay’s Master in which he has played an important role. If things go well, Master will give Shanthnu his much needed breakthrough and let us hope everything falls in place rightly. Apart from Master, Shanthnu is acting as the lead in quite a few films and one among those happens to be Raavana Kottam. This rural action drama is directed by Vikram Sugumaran who made an impactful debut with the critically acclaimed Madha Yaanai Koottam (starring Kathir and Oviya).

Coming from the school of Balu Mahendra, Vikram Sugumaran is known for delivering strong content in a raw and rustic manner. With Kayal Anandhi playing the female lead, Raavana Kottam has music scored by Justin Prabhakaran and editing by Lawrence Kishore. The entire film is based on geography and a particular tropical climatic condition that occurs only 3 months in a year. The film is being shot in and around the district of Ramanathapuram and it is said that the film will be majorly shot in hot climatic conditions.

This project is expected to bring out the strong performer inside Shanthnu and it is going to be an interesting makeover for him. Having said all these, the makers have now released the official title look poster of the film and it looks quite promising. The poster gives us a glimpse of the film’s setting and it was released by Master director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Sharing the title look poster, Lokesh Kanagaraj wrote, "Machii @imKBRshanthnu all d best #RaavanaKottamTitleLook செம்ம இதுக்கு அப்பறோம் உனக்கு எல்லாமே நல்லதாவே நடக்கும் @VikramSugumara3 brother வாழ்த்துக்கள். Congrats producer #KannanRavi sir @anandhiactress @justin_tunes @editorkishore @gopiprasannaa & whole team #இராவணகோட்டம்".

Talking about the film, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj said, "We as a team are thankful to our producer Kannan Ravi for being completely patient and supportive during these tough times. We are now keeping our fingers crossed for the situations to get normal and instantly resume our shooting. He also assured that he doesn’t want any profit from this project and just a return of invested budget is more than enough so that he will continue producing many more good movies. Once again, I express my thanks to Kannan sir for banking his trust on me and director Vikram Sugumaran with a big investment and letting our process be comfortable even during these turbulent times.” Check out the title look poster of Shanthnu Bhagyaraj’s Raavana Kottam here:
