Ala Modalaindhi fame Nandini Reddy is planning a movie with popular actor Nitin. Recently rumours cropped up that the movie had been shelved for some unknown reasons. The director came forward and clarified all the rumours. Nandini interacted with the media recently and mentioned clearly that the movie is on hold and the project will kick start very soon.

She said, "I was supposed to start a project with Nithin. Everything was finalized and we were good to go but when the state (Andhra Pradesh) got bifurcated, I had to put my plans on hold. We are going through a flux and I want to wait for it to settle down."

Meanwhile the director is focusing on her Bollywood debut project - Ala Modalaindi's Hindi remake, with a fresh cast!
