Harish Kalyan was last seen in Dharala Prabhu which received positive reviews from the critics and general audience. The film, however, did not get its due in the theatres because of the pandemic and the global pandemic. He has various exciting projects in the line up and one among those happens to be the Tamil remake of Vijay Deverakonda’s Pelli Choopulu. The Pyaar Prema Kaadhal actor will be seen romancing the beautiful Priya Bhavani Shankar in this film which is directed by debutant Kaarthikk Sundar, a former associate of director Vijay. The film’s shooting was completely wrapped up in February and we saw the wrap up celebration pictures on social media.

Having said that, Harish Kalyan took the netizens by surprise with his latest post in which he was seen sharing a light hearted moment with Priya Bhavani Shankar. Sharing the picture, Harish Kalyan wrote, “Finally, Happy for US @priya_Bshankar #HarishHeartsPriya #LoveIsInTheAir”. This post created a huge confusion among the fans who thought if this was for real. Words like ‘Happy for us’ and ‘Harish hearts Priya’ created a curiosity among the netizens if the duo are in a relationship.

However, we need to understand that this post is a promotional plan for their next film together. Priya Bhavani Shankar commented on Harish Kalyan's post and her reply has also got an attention from the fans. She replied, "Lockdown mudiyara varaikum unnala wait panna mudila la 
@iamharishkalyan I wanted to make it public first.. I earned it". In turn, Harish Kalyan replied to her by saying, "Cant wait! Wont wait! I’m making it official! 5pm tomorrow!!!".

Going by this update, it looks like we can expect an announcement about the Tamil remake of Pelli Choopulu tomorrow (Sept 30) evening at 5 PM. It looks like the makers have planned to reveal the title and unveil the first look poster of the film tomorrow. Let us keep our fingers crossed and wait for the announcement. Pelli Choopulu was a super hit film that gave Vijay Deverakonda an initial breakthrough in his career. It is going to be interesting to see how the makers have made changes to the Tamil remake to suit the taste of the regional audience here.
