After the blockbuster success of Asuran's songs and background score, GV Prakash looks to be in great form. He has delivered some chartbuster numbers from his next film, Soorarai Pottru as well. This Suriya starrer is all set for release on Prime Video on October 30 and we can expect the makers to release the rest of the songs before that. Suriya, in one of his earlier tweets, was all praise for GV Prakash's music and going by his words, it looks like the young composer's work will be one of the major USPs of Soorarai Pottru.

He has been signed as the music director for Dhanush’s untitled next (D 43) with Karthick Naren under the production of Sathya Jyothi Films. GV Prakash has assured that the album of D 43 will be a big treat for the fans and it will have more prominence of Dhanush as a lyricist. GV Prakash will also be composing the music for Suriya’s highly anticipated Vaadivaasal, which is to be directed by Vetri Maaran and produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. GV Prakash has got a very good rapport and wavelength with Vetri Maaran and the duo have got a fantastic success ratio which we can expect to reflect in the album of Vaadivaasal.

With all this being said, GV Prakash has now made an exciting announcement about his next. This project is an independent album and more importantly, this will be an International music album which has been titled Cold Nights. This will be GV Prakash’s first independent music album and it is going to be International.

An excited GV Prakash wrote on his Twitter page, “Hi everyone ... my first international English album is on its way .. a dream come true for me it’s called as #coldnights . the first single will release on September 17th . need ur love and blessings @JuliaGartha @randy_merrill @orchtweets @oklistenin @proyuvraaj @jehovahsonalghr”.
