The Indian government has been taking steps to bring back stranded Indians from other countries back to their natives. The worldwide lockdown due to the COVID-19 Novel Corona Virus Pandemic, has caused many people of different nationalities to become stranded in various other places where they had travelled to for work, or tourism or for studies! The COVID Pandemic caused all countries to close their borders and suspend travel to or from other countries. The Central Government had recently announced that it would charter unscheduled commercial flights and use naval ships to help repatriate Indian citizens from other countries.
