Acclaimed director Vetri Maaran is right now busy with the pre-production works of his next with Soori under the production of RS Infotainment. He is also committed to doing Suriya’s 40th film, produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. Meanwhile, an update about his next film, as a producer, has been revealed and we thought of sharing it to our readers. According to the updates from the industry insiders, Vetri Maaran will be bankrolling a new film that will be directed by one of his associates who will be making his silver screen debut.

Andrea Jeremiah and House Owner fame Lovelyn Chandrasekhar (Viji Chandrasekhar’s daughter) will play the leads in this female-centric action thriller. Apparently, the duo have been attending workshops to prepare for their respective roles and it is expected to showcase them in a completely new dimension. If things go as per plan, it is said that the film will go on floors from May.

Vetri Maaran’s production company, Grass Root Film Company is known for bankrolling notable products like Udhayam NH 4, Kaakka Muttai, Visaaranai, Kodi, Annanukku Jai, etc. and we can expect another quality product through this new film. Stay tuned.
