Thalapathy 65 is one of the hottest topics in K-town right now and the fans are eagerly waiting for an official announcement about the project. According to the latest developments and reports, ace director A.R.Murugadoss is most likely to helm this mega biggie that will be bankrolled by Sun Pictures. Recently, music director Thaman revealed that he's in talks to compose music for Vijay's next film and it took the fans by great excitement. Similarly, veteran cinematographer Santosh Sivan had posted a collage picture from Thuppakki on his Instagram page and it immediately went viral among the fans as they thought it was a hint from him that Thalapathy 65 is going to be the sequel of Thuppakki.

However, seeing all the speculations going around, Santosh Sivan decided to clear the air and clarified that he posted the pictures of Thuppakki on a normal note just like how he posts pictures from his other films. He also stated that his post is not a hint on any project as such. "I did put those on insta with other film stills too .. it was no hint", Santosh tweeted.
