Thupparivaalan 2 recently hit the headlines for the controversial fight that burst out between Vishal and director Mysskin. Owing to the creative differences and other problems, Mysskin walked out of the project and Vishal announced that he would be taking over as the film’s director and complete the rest of the film. The first look poster was released a few days back and it got a good buzz on social media. Actor Prasanna, who plays the character of Manohar in the film, was asked to comment about director Vishal, in his recent live interaction with fans on Twitter.
Answering that, Prasanna said, “Have known him as a good friend for years. Yet to see him as a director. Wish him the best.” Interestingly, Thupparivaalan 2 will mark the directorial debut of Vishal and the audience are going to eagerly expect the film for obvious reasons. Produced by Vishal Film Factory, Thupparivaalan 2 will have music by Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja and this is the first time the legendary composer is scoring the music for Vishal.
Apart from Vishal and Prasanna, this detective spy thriller also stars Gauthami, Nassar, and Rahman in important roles. Check out Prasanna’s tweet below:
