Popular television actress Shweta Tiwari, who recently participated as a contestant on the hit hindi stunt television series, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, has been hospitalized, according to a report by Indian Express. It has been revealed that she didn't get necessary rest due to her hectic work schedule. Shweta, who was the winner of Bigg Boss 4 in 2010–2011, will be discharged soon, the report stated. A statement issued by the actress' team says, "The actor had not managed enough rest with immense travel and adding to it the weather change." The report further states that Shweta is on the road to recovery and is expected to go back home soon.

Shweta Tripathi was in Cape Town, South Africa for a majority of the summer this year and was shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi season 11. She returned to India in June and had been busy with her engagements and promoting the finale of the reality show, with the winner being declared to be actor Arjun Bijlani, last week. Actor Abhinav Kohli, who shares a son named Reyansh with Shweta, wished her a speedy recovery via an Instagram post on Wednesday night. He wrote that although he and Shwetha are not on good speaking terms with each other and are currently fighting over the custody of their child, he still prays to god for her quick recovery.
