The ravishingly beautiful Kajal Aggarwal has gone from strength-to-strength and is now one of the most sought-after actresses with a number of big projects in her kitty. She started out with a small role in the 2004 Hindi movie Kyun! Ho Gaya Na... and has since acted in a number of movies in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Of late, she has been choosing roles with substance and delivering classy performances with elan. Kajal is currently working on the Kamal Haasan biggie Indian 2 and has a whole lot of movies in various stages of production. Her maiden venture into the digital space - a web-series with director Venkat Prabhu, was supposed to release early this year but has been postponed due to the lockdown.
Kajal Aggarwal has also signed to play the female lead in Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film Acharya directed by commercial specialist Koratala Siva. But there are rumours doing rounds that Kajal Aggarwal has opted out of this big budget entertainer. Now Kajal’s manager has officially clarified that she is very much of the film. His statement reads as follows: “I spoke to Kajal Aggarwal to recheck about the status. There’s no truth in it. She’s very much part of Acharya. The news reports are baseless.” It must be noted that Kajal had earlier worked with Chiranjeevi in Khaidi No 150, the Telugu remake of Kaththi.
