Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru is scheduled to hit the screens this summer and the fans are eagerly waiting to witness the film on the big screens. Directed by Sudha Kongara and produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment, Soorarai Pottru has music by G.V.Prakash Kumar. The teaser and the single songs (‘Maara Theme’ and ‘Veyyon Silli’) have been well received and it has given a good buzz for the film on social media. Following that, the makers are gearing up for the release of the next single and G.V.Prakash had recently tweeted that it would be a raw folk number.

The super talented composer has now revealed a few more interesting updates about the song. In a recent interaction at a college cultural event, G.V.Prakash stated that the next single from Soorarai Pottru will be released by coming Monday (March 9) or Tuesday (March 10). This high energy folk number is said to be crooned by Super Singer sensation Senthil Ganesh and penned by Yegadasi.

While talking about Suriya and his dedication towards his work, G.V. said, “He is the most dedicated artist I have ever seen. He will give it all for his every film.
