Budding actress Pavithra Lakshmi rose to fame and attained wide popularity among the masses after her participation in the second season of Cook with Comali. This cookery based comedy show has turned out to be one of the most favourite and widely watched shows and it has attracted a solid viewership. The show has also given a different perspective to a lot of people including Shakeela, Sivangi, Sunitha, and others. Talking about Pavithra, the aspiring actress has got a wide reach after participating in this show and she seems to be in a happy space now. However, at the same time, Pavithra is quite disappointed with the problems created by some fake social media profiles in her name.

Pavithra is not quite an active personality on Twitter and it looks like certain people are making use of that and creating fake profiles under her name. Pavithra took to her official Twitter page and posted a clarification video requesting people not to be misguided by the fake profiles.

Talking in a video, Pavithra said, “There are a few pages that pretend to be me and I do not feel right about it. I am not active on Twitter and I have been used to Instagram. There is no particular reason, but I have always been active on Instagram and not much on Twitter. A few people are making use of this to their advantage and misusing my name. I am 200% not responsible for that. This is my original id (@itspavitralaksh). Despite not being active, I have been showered with so much love in this id and I wholeheartedly thank the genuine souls who’ve supported me,”. Pavithra’s friend and fellow Cook with Comali participant, Pugazh shared this video on his official Instagram page to make people aware about the development.

Pavithra is currently one of the five contestants who are alive in the Cook with Comali competition and let us see how her game progresses in the coming weeks. On the acting front, Pavithra will be seen playing the female lead in Shane Nigam’s upcoming Malayalam film, Ullasam, directed by debutant Jeevan Jojo. Shaan Rahman has composed music for the film which will have Aju Varghese in an important role. Let us hope that Cook with Comali’s success makes Pavithra a promising talent in south cinema.
