The start to Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 has been nothing short of stellar with host Kamal Haasan returning for the fourth consecutive time. With Rekha Harris shown the exit door after being the first Bigg Boss 4 contestant to be eliminated from the show, all sights are now set on the remaining contestants among whom include Ramya Pandian, Rio Raj, Shivani Narayanan, Samyuktha Karthik, Gabriella, Aajeedh, Balaji Murugadoss, Som Shekhar, Suresh Chakravarthy, Aranthangi Nisha, Anitha Sampath, Sanam Shetty, Jithan Ramesh, Aari, singer Velmurugan and the first wildcard entry VJ Archana Chandhoke.
With the events on Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 up until now being tense on a number of occasions, the first promo for Tuesday released by Vijay TV is a drastic step away from what viewers have so far witnessed. In the latest promo, we see the Bigg Boss 4 contestants entering a room for a task where they are informed to dress up in historical costumes, while also undergoing a transformation physically. We see Rio Raj holding a picture of comedy legend Vadivelu from Imsai Arasan 23 M Pulikesi signalling he's going to dress up as the actor. We also witness Samyuktha Karthik getting some jewelry, while Suresh Chakravarthy is having fun as a demon, who is also joined by Anitha Sampath, Shivani Narayanan and Jithan Ramesh. Rio is then shown shaving his face and informing the housemates that he looks like a child. Suresh is surprised and bowled over by Rio's new look and can't stop gushing at how sweet he looks after his makeover. We also see Som Shekhar in the attire of a minister from the historical ages, with Rio towards the end asking the contestants how he looks.
Amidst all the drama and the intensity among the Bigg Boss 4 contestants, this latest promo shows them taking a break, which will no doubt come as a relief to the viewers as well. The change in the looks and the costumes could most likely be for a performance or a task. The promo is a feel-good one and is a relief of sorts for the contestants who for once will be pleased that they are not going at each other, but are only having a fun time.
