Kandireega director Santosh Srinivas has lodged a complaint against leading Tollywood producer Bellamkonda Suresh at the Andhra Pradesh Directors’ Association, alleging that the producer has manhandled him over some differences in connection with his remuneration.
According to sources, Santosh, who directed Bellamkonda's earlier hit Kandireega, was not happy with the pay check offered by the producer for his second film Kandireega 2. The director met the producer, demanding more salary, but the producer was in no mood to listen to the director and after a heated argument, Bellamkonda slapped the director. Apparently, the producer also threatened to kill the director.
