Veteran South Indian actress Manorama was admitted to Apollo Hospitals in Chennai on August 25 reportedly for a general check up. The actress underwent a surgery early this year after she suffered a fall in Tirupathi.
Meanwhile, a source close to the actress denied reports claiming that she was hospitalised following breathing difficulties. "Manorama was admitted for medical management for a general medical check up," the source said, adding that she was not well for the past few days.
