Veteran Malayalam and Tamil actor Nedumudi Venu has been hospitalized at a private hospital in Kerala and his health condition is said to be critical. According to reports, Nedumudi Venu developed uneasiness and difficulties in breathing on Sunday (October 10) night, after which he was rushed to a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. Venu has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital. It can be noted that Nedumudi Venu had recovered from the Covid 19 infection, a few weeks back. This incident has created a huge buzz on social media and the fans are praying for the legendary actor's speedy recovery.

Nedumudi Venu who has acted in more than 500 films in Malayalam and Tamil, has won three National Film Awards and six Kerala State Film Awards for his impeccable performances in various films. Nedumudi Venu was last seen acting in the Netflix anthology, Navarasa, produced by Mani Ratnam. Nedumudi Venu acted in the segment, Summer of 92, which was directed by Priyadarshan.
