Tamil actor Karunaas' son Ken Karunaas made an impressive acting debut in Dhanush's Asuran, with his performance as Chidambaran going on to be appreciated by fans and critics. Post the success of Asuran, Ken is all set to next feature in an independent song titled 'Vaada Raasa'. The 'Vaada Raasa' song includes vocals by Ken and his mother Grace Karunaas, who will be sharing screen space with actress Preethi Sharma of Chithi 2 fame. A fun-filled and peppy folk dance number, a big highlight of the 'Vaada Raasa' song is that it also marks the debut of Ken Karunaas as a music director, who has composed and written the lyrics along with Eshwar.

Promotions for the 'Vaada Raasa' music video are being done extensively by The Route, who have been basking in the glory of the sensational feedback to their earlier viral hit numbers like 'Kutty Pattas' and 'Asku Maaro'. With 'Kutty Pattas' featuring Cook with Comali fame Ashwin Kumar and Reba Monica John crossing over 111 million views on YouTube and 'Asku Maaro' with Bigg Boss fame Kavin, Teju Ashwini, and Sivaangi hitting 34 million views recently, The Route will be looking to hit the bullseye once again with their 'Vaada Raasa' music video for which a special promo has been released on Wednesday on the Sony Music South YouTube channel.
