Popular television couple Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary tied the knot back in 2011 and it has been over a decade since they have gotten married. The TV actors have now come forward and announced that they are expecting their first child. The couple took to both Instagram and Twitter to make this announcement, which has garnered a lot of love and best wishes from family, friends and fans. Sharing the happy news on Twitter, Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee wrote, "To Becoming 3. Choudhary junior coming. Several friends of the couple from the entertainment industry took to the comment section to congratulate the couple, including celebrities namely Karan Mehra, Hansika Motwani, Bharti Singh's husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Mahhi Vij and Mouni Roy, who took the comments section to congratulate Debina and Gurmeet on this new chapter they are about to embark upon. The couple first met on the sets of the hit mythological television serial, Ramayana, in which they played on-screen couple Lord Ram and Sita, respectively. They were fan-favorites and were instantly showered with love from audiences across the nation. Soon after, the couple fell in love with one another and have been together ever since. Debina and Gurmeet got hitched in February 2011 in a secret ceremony and the two have since then appeared on various television shows, including the dance reality show Nach Balliye.
Post Ramayan, the power couple made appearances on various daily soaps and reality shows. After appearing in shows like Geet-Hui Sabse Parayi and Punar Vivaah - Zindagi Milegi Dobara, Gurmeet has now made his way to web series and shows, and Bollywood films. His film projects include Wajah Tum Ho, Paltan, etc., and was last seen in ZEE5's The Wife. On the other hand, Debina has hung up her acting cape and has instead turned to vlogging. She has an active YouTube channel where she gives lifestyle, fitness, and fashion tips along with a sneak peek in her personal life.
