Jailer is the next project of one of the top-tier actors of the Tamil film Industry ‘Superstar Rajinikanth’. The film has created huge anticipation fas it's the next project of director Nelson Dilipkumar with a huge cast. The first single from the film titled Kaavaalaa features Tamannaah and the leading actor has become viral among fans and movie buffs. The song was composed by Anirudh Ravichander, sung by Shilpa Rao and lyrics penned by Arunraja Kamaraj. The music composer gave an exclusive interview to Galatta Media recently and shared some interesting details about working on the film. The lyricist shared some interesting details about how he wrote the songduring the interview.

As the anchor asked why Arunraja Kamaraj makes his songs colloquial, the director said “he like songs to be colloquial and so, he writes his songs that way." He said it will converse with the audience only then they would remember the song well and will also get the confidence to sing their version of the song. He then explained that he likes to write songs that are colloquial and relatable. When asked about his favourite lyricist, the lyricist said “Dhanush sir’s lyrics, it makes me feel” He then narrated a verse from the song Nijamellam Marandhu Pochu from Sivakarthikeyan’s Ethir Neechal film "vitil poochi Vilakaa suduthu, Vevaram puriyama Velakum azhuthu”. The director then said he would think about what kind of thought process the lyricist would have had to write such lyrics.
The director Arunraja Kamaraj said, “I am still stunned by his thought process and would think if he saw a fire or a Vitil Poochi (a common insect) somewhere”. When asked if he had spoken about this to the actor Dhanush himself., the director said He did not get the circumstance talk with him about this.
