'Chiyaan' Vikram's Dhruva Natchathiram is all set for a release after a long delay as promotions have once again taken flight. Directed by blockbuster Tamil filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon and featuring music by hit music composer Harris Jayaraj, a promo for the highly-anticipated second single 'His Name is John' has now been released and teases a foot-tapping treat with what little has been shared by the team. Although the 19-second 'His Name is John' promo from Dhruva Natchathiram doesn't offer any new glimpse at Vikram or any of the other cast members, we can expect it to be a big treat when the full song is released on July 19.
The 'His Name is John' promo has come out following the release of the Dhruva Natchathiram first single 'Oru Manam', which came out in 2020 and has since become a chart-topping hit. The excitement leading up to the release of the second single has been huge and the Harris Jayaraj, Gautham Menon, and Thamarai trio have not disappointed once again. With the 'His Name is John' promo out and the full song coming later this week, all sights are now set on Vikram, Gautham Menon, and the Dhruva Natchathiram team's decision about the film's theatrical release plans. It is to be noted that GVM has been speaking quite a lot about the espionage action thriller's release plans of late and expectations are high for the date to be announced soon.
The wait for Dhruva Natchathiram has been a long one after the shooting wrapped up earlier this year in March, with production lasting for six years, which also included multiple release days. Produced by Ondraga Entertainment in association with Oruoorileoru Film House, the spy thriller film has 'Chiyaan' Vikram sharing screen space alongside a huge star cast featuring the likes of Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, Simran, Parthiban, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Dhivyadharshini, Vinayakan, Arjun Das, Vamsi Krishna, Sathish Krishnan, Munna Simon, Salim Baig, Maya S. Krishnan, among others.
