Santhanam's comedy entertainer film Dagaalty released a few weeks back and the movie had an average outing following mixed reviews. The film featured Rittika Sen as the lady lead and the cast of the film also included Yogi Babu, Radha Ravi, Santhana Bharathi, Rekha, Namo Narayana and Manobala playing important roles. Dagaalty is written and directed by Vijay Anand and the movie is bankrolled by SP Chowdhary and co-producer by C Ramesh Kumar under the production banner of Handmade Films and 18 Reels. Dagaalty has music by Vijay Narain, cinematography by Deepak Kumar Pathy and edited by TS Suresh. 

The latest news about the film is the newly released video of the song titled Koththa Koththudhu Bodhai. The peppy number is composed by Vijaynarain, written by Subu and sung by popular musicians Santhosh Narayanan and Govind Vasantha. Koththa Koththudhu Bodhai features Santhanam and Yogi Babu.
