Babloo Prithiveeraj is a well-known actor who has acted in many films in the 90s. The talented actor is known for his supportive and antagonistic roles and made his debut as a child artist. He had acted in many Tamil Films alongside Rajinikanth, Ajith Kumar, Vijayakanth, T. Rajendar, Vikram and other leading actors. He has also been a part of various Television serials. The actor has also worked in many Telugu languages recently and was last seen in the Indie-Tamil film Neerthirai. The actor is currently a part of two Telugu Soap Operas and a Tamil serial.
Galatta Media organised a fan meet for the actor Babloo Prithiveeraj with his wife Sheetal. During the interview, the actor spilled some interesting details about films he did worked in and his personal life. The actor spoke about how he acted in four Malayalam films without knowing they would add pornographic content to it. The anchor asked if he had thought at any time that he did not get enough recognition in Tamil despite winning many awards. The actor said “What happened was, everything is fate. I did a film in Telugu called Pelli that ran for 125 days in theatres. Here, Ajith was increasing in his super-stardom at that time. He did a film and it was a hit, the second film was a hit and we did Aval Varuvalaa, which also ran for 100 days. At that time Prashanth, Vijay, and Suriya, Ajith were all big names and I had 13 films with them. For them (producers), they had a particular time when heroes were available. So I had a dilemma to choose films in Tamil or Telugu. I got committed in a Telugu film, We finished filming one schedule and I couldn’t back out. So, It just happened. So, I kept doing Telugu films… I could have adjusted dates for both film industries but I did not do that”, said the talented actor on a regretful tone.
