Babloo Prithiveeraj is a well-known actor who has played many supportive and antagonist roles in films. He has done important roles in many movies in the 90s and 2000s in various languages including Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. Some of the film the recent Tamil film that the actor has been a part of were Varanam Aayiram, Payanam, Ticket and Neerthirai Recently, he has been acting in important characters in Telugu films and has also been doing significant roles in television soap operas and reality shows.
Galatta Media organised a fans meet for the talented actor Babloo Prithiveeraj and his wife. During the interview session, the actor shared some exciting details about his acting experience. As the anchor asked about his experiences with heroes in the Tamil film industry, The actor said “the heroes I acted within Tamil were sweet hearts, Ajith is a gentleman. He will mind his work and if I did something well, He will see it and say 'sir, you are acting so well sir'. The actors whom I acted in Tamil, did not have that complex, they were confident in their talent and they know their position. I did many Villain roles here, so as I did well It was a plus for them."
As the anchor then asked about Ajith Kumar, the actor revealed an interesting incident. Babloo Prithiveeraj said “I went to a restaurant to eat. Shalini and her daughter came to that place. As I had not worked with her or spoke with her before, I thought about it twice and sat back. Again, I was eating and She was in the front. I thought to myself shall we go and speak now, as they were eating, though it will be a disturbance and sat back. This happened again. Then Shalini asked for my number from the hotel and called and said 'Sorry sir, I have not acted with you and I have not spoke with you and so, I thought it will be a disturbance so I had not come and talked to you, I had told Ajith about seeing you, he felt bad and said it’s a bad manner as you are a senior and asked me to talk to you and ask sorry'. She asked sorry, which was not necessary. Ajith is also a classmate of my sister and he would enquire about her every time we meet. So, He is genuinely a nice gentleman”. Full Interview here:
