Adipurush trailer tamil prabhas kriti sanon saif ali khan om raut bhushan kumar - Tamil Movie Cinema News

The wait has come to an end for Telugu superstar Prabhas fans everywhere as the much-awaited trailer of his next big film, Adipurush, has finally been released. The first new visuals of the upcoming film have come out giving audiences a fresh glimpse at the action that awaits them in theatres later this year. Based on the Sanskrit epic Ramayana written by Valmiki, Adipurush is a mythological film directed by Om Raut and sees Prabhas as Raghava sharing screen space with Bollywood superstars Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan, who are playing Janaki and Lankesh, respectively.

The Adipurush trailer starts off with Devdatta Nage as Hanuman narrating the story and introducing Prabhas as Raghava and Kriti Sanon as Janaki. We then see Saif Ali Khan in disguise and persuading Kriti Sanon before kidnapping her and holding her captive. The trailer's visuals then show Prabhas embarking on a journey to rescue Kriti Sanon with the help of Sunny Singh as Lakshmana, Hanuman and his huge army. There are plenty of action-packed moments in the Adipurush trailer and is a vast improvement in the VFX and CGI departments compared to the film's teaser released last year. The latest glimpse will no doubt add to the excitement among fans, who are looking forward to witness Prabhas in action on the big screen once again after his Radhe Shyam in 2022.

Announced to be launched into cinemas worldwide on June 16, Adipurush is getting a pan-Indian release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages, and will be out in IMAX & 3D formats as well. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair under their T-Series Films and Retrophiles production banners, Adipurush will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Festival in the 'Escape From Tribeca' section three days before its theatrical release on June 13 and expectations are massive considering there have been reports stating that the Prabhas-starrer is one of the most expensive Indian films made to date.
