Vishnu Vishal, who was last seen in Silukkuvarupatti Singam, is pinning high hopes on his next film, FIR (stands for Faizal Ibrahim Raiz), directed by debutant Manu Anand, a former associate of Gautham Vasudev Menon. This intense action thriller features three female leads including Manjima Mohan, Reba Monica John, and Raiza Wilson. The film also has director Gautham Menon playing a very crucial role. As we all are aware, the entire nation is on a lockdown due to Coronavirus and hence people have been requested to be indoors for a few weeks.

It looks like the team of FIR do not want to waste any time during this lockdown. The film’s editor G.K.Prasanna, took to his official Instagram page to share that he is occupied with the editing of FIR and that seems to be his quarantine work. “Making use of the lockdown. #FIR edit in full swing”, posted Prasanna. Director Manu also sounded very positive and excited about this. It looks like they are editing the portions that have been filmed so far.

Produced by Vishnu Vishal Studioz, FIR has music scored by Ashwath and cinematography by Vincent Arul. The film’s teaser which released earlier this year, showed good potential and got a very good response from the audience. Apart from FIR, Vishnu Vishal is awaiting the release of his Tamil/Telugu bilingual - Kaadan/Aranya, directed by Prabu Solomon. Check out the FIR update screenshot below:
