Vishal's next grand film MASS ACTION VIDEO | Vishal 31 Surprise Glimpse | Yuvan Shankar Raja

Actor-producer Vishal has a busy time up ahead as he is attached to several promising projects, including one that will also see him debuting as a director. His last film, Chakra, released in February, received only a mixed response and Vishal will be looking to come out all guns blazing with his upcoming ventures among which include Enemy, which has him playing the lead role alongside Arya as the antagonist under Iru Mugan fame Anand Shankar's direction, followed by his directorial debut, the highly-exciting Thupparivaalan 2, featuring music by the legendary 'Isaignani' Ilaiyaraaja. Likewise, prior to the lockdown in May, Vishal had announced the tentatively titled Vishal 31 under his Vishal Film Factory banner to be directed by newcomer Thu. Pa. Saravanan, which has now resumed filming at Hyderabad's prestigious Ramoji Film City.
Vishal Film Factory's Twitter page tweeted on Monday evening, "We have resumed shoot for #Vishal31 in Hyderabad, it’s going to be a long schedule & will be wrapping the movie by July end, shoot going on with all protocols being followed. Happy to be back at work....GB", while sharing a behind-the-scenes video of an action sequence from the film. Vishal 31 kicked off production after a formal pooja in early May, with the film also marking the eleventh association for the actor with composer Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Vishal 31, which has the tagline, Not A Common Man, will see Dimple Hayati playing the female lead, who previously made her Tamil cinema debut in the Prabhu Deva, Tamannaah-starrer Devi 2. The film also includes notable talents in the technical department among whom are editor N.B. Srikanth, S.S.Murthi for the art direction, costume design by Vasuki Bhaskar, followed by designs by Kannadasan DKD and Tapas Nayak for the audiography. Watch the Vishal 31 shooting spot video below:
