All of us must understand the importance of reaching out to people when we are in need, with the right personalized support, anyone with a mental health need can live the life they want to live. During these tough times, things have been overwhelming for some people and have sparked anxiety, nervousness, paranoia, stress and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), besides panic attacks. It is important that we share nothing but positivity with the people meet and stay united. Even if things are not going our way, we need to find ways to live.

Urumeen director Sakthivel Perumalsamy is someone who is going through a rough patch. He has to take care of his mother who is in the hospital and also has money constraint issues. But he is taking things in a positive manner. He has revealed that a leading producer has been disturbing to pay back some of 1 lakh which he needs for his mother’s medical expenses. The producer’s approach is apparently rude and he was clueless about what to do but he is confident that he can get rid of this crisis. We wish all of us can have such a confident approach. His tweets read as follows:

“Every Industry has its own stories, Even Tamil industry, in my case, one of the top Producer is giving me mental stress for just 1 lakh rupees for 2 months, which (money) is important for my mom hospital expenses. Being a 6.2 ft tall man, I cried for a few hours and somehow, I have consoled myself now. This place is mine, I am here to stay, I live, will win, in front of you, #MentalHealthMatters Thanks for the lesson, I have become more strong now. It’s not about money, all about his attitude. I won't forget the day. Karma is there DOT. P.s : dont ask his name.”
