Tonight’s (October 18) episode of Bigg Boss Tamil will reveal the first eviction of this season and all fingers point at actress Rekha. Leaving out the official polling by Star Vijay, we at Galatta Media conducted an online voting poll to know the audience’s reaction about the show. Rekha secured the least number of votes among the 7 housemates who were nominated for eviction this week and that indeed showed the audience’s support towards her. Rekha was nominated alongside 6 other contestants including Ramya Pandian, Shivani Narayanan, Samyuktha Shanmuganathan, Aajeedh, Gabriella Charlton and Sanam Shetty. Among those, Ramya, Shivani and Aajeedh were declared to be safe in last night’s episode.

The revelation about Rekha’s eviction is expected to be made tonight and the fans are eagerly looking forward to the episode. It can be watched on Star Vijay channel and Disney + Hotstar OTT platform at 9.30 PM. Going by this development, it looks like Rekha did not leave a great impact among the viewers in the past two weeks and that could probably be a reason why she had to face elimination. Rekha’s eviction will leave 16 contestants inside the house which will include Rio Raj, Ramya Pandian, Sanam Shetty, Samyuktha, Shivani Narayanan, Aari, Jithan Ramesh, Balaji Murugadoss, Aajeedh, Gabriella, Som Shekhar, Aranthangi Nisha, Anitha Sampath, Suresh Chakravarthy, singer Vel Murugan and VJ Archana. The next week’s nomination will be known on Monday night’s episode and we will know how the show pans out.

Rekha was known for her cooking skills and affection towards other housemates inside the house. Rekha has now officially confirmed the eviction through her latest Instagram post. She shared a picture of her with a caption that read, ‘1st to be eliminated’ and wrote, “Ha ha👍😁”. Going by this reaction, it looks like Rekha has taken the eviction to be very sportive. Even in last night’s episode, she was seen telling Suresh Chakravarthy that Gabriella and Sanam Shetty need to be saved as they are yet to see fame and popularity. She also added that she is ready to go out of the house. It looks like the yesteryear heroine indeed expected her to be evicted.
