Sakka Podu Podu Raja stars Santhanam, Vaibhavi Shandilya, Vivek, Sampath, Powerstar, VTV Ganesh, Mayilsamy and Robo Shankar and is produced by VTV Productions in GL Sethuraman's direction. The technical team includes Anthony's Editing, Abinandhan Ramanujam's Cinematography and STR's music. The Comedy flick has released today and this is a remake of the Telugu Movie Loukyam starring Gopichand and Rakul Preet Singh.
The first thing we have to talk about is Santhanam's transformation, not just physically but also in attitude. It is not easy to miss that he has evolved as a hero in his mind and it exudes in his expression. He has become more open in nuances and his confidence shines bright through out the movie. Sakka Podu Podu Raja will keep him in a better place as a hero.
This is an out and out comedy entertainer that revolves around Santhanam and Vivek and the confusion the duo create with Sampath and his sisters. The plot might come across as quiet light but the visuals will keep you hooked to the screen. Abinandhan's Cinematography has added a big weightage to the movie and Santhanam is well exposed as a star. His toned body and dialogue delivery makes the watching refreshing and does not remind of the Santhanam we have seen earlier.
STR's Music debut has been a decent one and he had made sure to show Santhanam in a positive tune and tone. BGM has been done perfectly to add more glamour to the comedy entertainer and this will be a perfect flick for your festive watch. Special care has been given to Stunt choreography and Dance moves and Santhanm has used the opportunity to his level best.
The movie has a lot of firsts, STR's music debut and first time Santhanam, Vivek and Robo Shankar have come together for a movie. Vivek is a big plus to the movie who is back to action and has added a lot of strength to the screenplay. Catch Sakka Podu Podu Raja in theatres and add more fun to your holidays.
