John Abraham acquires Hindi remake rights of Ayyappanum Koshiyum!

Ayyappanum Koshiyum is one of the recently acclaimed Malayalam films that kept everyone talking about it. This film which starred Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon in the lead roles, was directed by Sachy. The film was raved by the critics and general audience for its gripping screenplay and smart writing, apart from the intense performances from the lead actors. The latest exciting update is that Ayyappanum Koshiyum is all set to be remade in Hindi and actor John Abraham has acquired the remake rights.

John will be producing the Hindi remake under his banner, JA Entertainment. The cast of this remake is yet to be known, but it looks like John himself might play one of the leads. This announcement has taken the fans by excitement and the entire Bollywood is abuzz about it. More details regarding this remake is expected to be known in the coming days.

As far as the Tamil remake is concerned, S Kathiresan of Five Star Creations LLP will produce the film. According to reports, Sasikumar is said to play the role of Biju Menon’s role in the film, but nothing has been officially confirmed.
