Tamil cinema fans witnessed some of the biggest stars in the film industry take to the stage at the Galatta Golden Stars 2024 at the Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall in Chennai. Among the leading names to grace the star-studded gala event was blockbuster Tamil film producer Archana Kalpathi of AGS Entertainment, who was honored with the 'Businesswoman of the Year - 2024' award, which she received from actors Madonna Sebastian and Arjun Das, and Sarala Kulasekaran, Director of SIP Academy India Pvt. Ltd.

Archana Kalpathi, who is the creative producer in The Greatest of All Time, starring 'Thalapathy' Vijay under Venkat Prabhu's direction, went on to share a few updates about the highly-anticipated film. Having hit the high note in recent years in films namely Bigil (2019), Love Today (2022), and Conjuring Kannappan (2023), the CEO of AGS Cinemas went on to open up at the Galatta Golden Stars 2024 about how she zeroes in on producing saying, "It's after all a business like any other project. We evaluate the risk and proceed forward." Expressing her gratitude to Galatta for her latest honor, Archana then spoke about her second-time collaboration with Vijay in The Greatest of All Time after Bigil and said, "It's always great to work with sir and this has been a very memorable experience. We'll share many more incidents during the pre-release of the film. The movie is coming along extremely well and the last schedule is starting from the first of this month. All the announcements will start coming out soon."

Speaking further about Vijay at the Galatta Golden Stars 2024, Archana Kalpathi opened up on the big difference she has observed in him in Bigil and The Greatest of All Time by saying, "He's the same and has not changed one bit. He's extremely humble and is the first person to come to the sets. He's always on time and punctual. Nothing has changed. He loves to meet his fans and enjoys it." In regard to being called a lucky charm for director Atlee's transition to Bollywood from Tamil cinema with Jawan (2023) after their Bigil and for Pradeep Ranganathan to become a hero in Love Today (2022) under the AGS Entertainment banner after his filmmaking debut with Comali (2019), including Vijay's decision to enter politics after boarding The Greatest of All Time, she went on to credit the recognition to her production banner. Upon being queried about Vijay's political entry, Archana Kalpathi expressed her happiness saying that he himself will speak about it on an appropriate stage.

When asked about whether she knows who will be directing Vijay's Thalapathy 69, Archana Kalpathi went on to initially declare, "I know, but I can't share", before revealing that she was only joking. She then stated, "Nobody has an idea", but revealed that Mani Ratnam would be the perfect choice, while expressing her wish to produce the project. There was also a special surprise at the Galatta Golden Stars 2024 in the form of The Greatest of All Time's director Venkat Prabhu extending his wishes to Archana for being honored with the 'Businesswoman of the Year - 2024' award. When asked about whether there will be an intro scene in The G.O.A.T for Vijay akin to Ajith Kumar's entry in Mankatha (2011) under Venkat Prabhu's direction, she urged everyone to watch the film's first day first show, while revealing that Love Today's Hindi remake will begin on May 1.
