The actor Vasanth Ravi then explained that he does not think director Nelson Dilipkumar will ever do a film without humour because that is his nature. He said "Generally, I think he won’t do a film without that humour, because when we were discussing and I was talking to him, he said that 'even in a serious situation, I keep a small fun element because I like to be like that generally'. And for him, only then will the repeated audiences come to theatres. It's a belief."
When asked if Vasanth Ravi has any comedy elements in his character, The Jailer actor said, "My intense character might not have humour because of the role. But it could be there. We did not plan for the character to have any humour, but when you see it, it can be funny for you. I did not feel it when I did it, but when the audience sees it, that metre could be fun for you. I don't know how it's going to work, But it will be different from my three previous films."
