The title of Sivakarthikeyan's long-pending science fiction alien thriller was announced last week along with a motion poster. This much-awaited biggie directed by Ravikumar Rajendran of Indru Netru Naalai is called Ayalaan which means alien. This unique title seems apt for a movie which is of the sci-fi genre and has aliens in the plotline. The title look was launched by AR Rahman last week and the movie comes with a tagline - "Destination Earth"! This has set off a lot of speculations on this movie's story. The shoot for Ayalaan had been stalled for some time due to unknown reasons but the shoot resumed recently and has been progressing steadily!

The makers of Ayalaan - RD Raja's 24 AM Studios informed the audience that only two more schedules left to be shot. It was also said that the post production work is happening simultaneously. There are a lot of visual effects involved in the movie and work for that is also underway now. Ayalaan is jointly produced by 24 AM Studios in association with KJR Studios. Now Sivakarthikeyan has shared a photo from the shooting spot of Ayalan. The team is apparently shooting the climax action sequence with stunt directors Anbarivu.
