Raghava Lawrence is currently busy shooting for his next film, Rudhran, directed by S Kathiresan, a renowned producer in Tamil cinema. Kathiresan has produced quality commercial hits like Polladhavan, Aadukalam, and Jigarthanda and he will be making his debut as a director with Lawrence's Rudhran. The young and happening sensation, Priya Bhavani Shankar would be seen as the female lead, while Supreme Star R Sarathkumar, Nassar, and Poornima Bhagyaraj play pivotal characters. Meanwhile, the makers of Rudhran have now revealed a brand new update and here is what you need to know.
The yesteryear classic hit song, 'Paadatha Paattellam' (from Veera Thirumagan) has been remixed and the remix version of the song will be featured in Rudhran. The 'Paadatha Paattellam Remix' song was recently shot in a grand set that was constructed at a massive budget of Rs 1 crore. Popular dance choreographer Sridhar Master has choreographed the dance moves for this song. Raghava Lawrence and Priya Bhavani Shankar will feature in the video of this song and the team is said to be quite happy with the way the song has come out. 'Paadatha Paattellam' is a classic hit number and the fans are already looking forward to hearing the remix version of the track.
Rudhran will have music composed by GV Prakash Kumar who is in great form as a composer. Produced by 5 Star Creations, Rudhran has cinematography by RD Rajasekhar, and editing by Anthony. KP Thirumaaran has penned the story and screenplay of Rudhran which is touted to be an action entertainer. The shooting of Rudhran is currently progressing at a brisk pace, inching closer towards the finish line. The release plans of Rudhran are yet to be known and we will keep you posted about it.
After completing Rudhran, Raghava Lawrence will start shooting for his next film, Adhigaaram which will be directed by Durai Senthilkumar of Kodi and Pattas fame. Vetri Maaran has penned the story for Adhigaaram.
