Apart from being a multi-talented artist, Raghava Lawrence is also a very kind hearted human being who always lends his helping hand to the needy. On that note, Lawrence had recently announced a generous donation of Rs 3 crores, the advance salary he had got for Chandramukhi 2. He revealed that the money would be split and given to Tami Nadu Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, PM - CARES, Chennai Dancers Union, FEFSI Union, and other associations. Following that, Lawrence has now donated an amount of Rs 15 Lakhs to Chennai Chengalpet Kanchipuram Thiruvallur District Film Distributors Association.


This donation amount will be provided to the vulnerable distributors whose lives are in miserable condition, financially. This good news was officially shared by the association’s current President, T.Rajendar, who was all praise for Raghava Lawrence’s noble gesture. T.Rajendar revealed that Lawrence immediately agreed to help the members of the association after hearing about the crisis situation. This timely help from Lawrence has earned him a very good name in the industry and also among the people of Tamil Nadu.

On the work front, Lawrence is currently directing Laxmmi Bomb, the Hindi remake of Kanchana, starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani. After completing it, Lawrence would be acting in the sequel of Chandramukhi, directed by P Vasu and produced by Sun Pictures. Lawrence is also committed to doing a film under the production of Kathiresan’s Five Star Creations.
