Debutant writer and director Cibi Chakaravarthi's Don which was released last month on 13 May 2022 performed well. The film went on to gross over Rs. 100 crores in the worldwide box office and became an instant commercial success. The coming-of-age drama film was produced by Allirajah Subaskaran of Lyca Productions and co-produced by Sivakarthikeyan under his Sivakarthikeyan Productions banner. The film starred Sivakarthikeyan himself in the lead role while S. J. Suryah, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Samuthirakani, Kaali Venkat, Manobala, and Soori appear in pivotal and crucial roles with renowned film director Gautham Vasudev Menon making a brief cameo appearance.
The film's music and the score were composed by Rockstar Anirudh Ravichander who churned out some top-notch songs that were being played on loop before and after the film's release. It has made a big impact on the youth who continue to play and dance to its tunes. One of the songs titled 'Private Party' was one such song that made it to the top of the list. The good news is, after listening to the song over and over again, fans would be happy to know that the official video song of Private Party is out now.

The 3 minutes 36 seconds song was penned by Sivakarthikeyan himself and crooned by everyone's favorite rockstar Anirudh Ravichander and Jonita Gandhi. This is not the first time that the two have recorded a song together. The duo has a couple of other songs with each other including Chellamma (Doctor), Iraiva (Velaikkaran), Orey Oru (Kolamaavu Kokila), Sandakari Neethan (Sanga Thamizhan), and the iconic Arabic Kuthu (Beast). Another good news is that, those who failed to catch the movie in theatres or those who just do not have the time to, Don is now made available to stream on the OTT platform Netflix. So now anyone can catch the film from the comfort of their own home.
