Following Lust Stories in Hindi and Paava Kadhaigal in Tamil, Netflix is all set for its next original anthology in Telugu. The Telugu anthology film, assembled by Netflix, is titled Pitta Kathalu and it is all set to release tomorrow (February 19) in over 190 countries. Pitta Kathalu marks the collaboration of four talented directors - Nag Ashwin (Mahanati fame), BV Nandini Reddy (Oh Baby), Tharun Bhascker (Pelli Choopulu), and Sankalp Reddy (The Ghazi Attack) and this anthology is a compilation of the short films made by these four directors. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Movies in association with Flying Unicorn Entertainment, this anthology features an ensemble star cast that includes the likes of Amala Paul, Shruti Haasan, Lakshmi Manchu, Eesha Rebba, Satyadev Kancharana, Srinivas Avasarala, Saanve Megghana, Abhay Bethiganti, Ashwin Kakumanu, Jagapathi Babu, Sanjith Hegde, Sangeeth Shobhan, Anish Kuruvilla, Ashima Narwal, Naveen Kumar, Thanmayi, and others.

The film’s synopsis, as mentioned by the makers, read, “Four different women, four journeys of love and betrayal. The common thread? They all want to dismantle the patriarchy”. Ahead of the film's release tomorrow, Netflix has now officially released a new teaser from one of the shorts that features Amala Paul in the lead role. The VIP actress will be seen playing the lead in Nandini Reddy's directorial and the portion is titled Meera. From what we see in the new teaser, it looks like the film deals with the conflicts that arise due to an extra-marital affair.

The promo teaser gives us a glimpse of the main conflict of the film and we also get to see some intimate romantic moments featuring Amala Paul. The fans are eagerly looking forward to seeing the film on Netflix and the promotions are happening in full swing.
