Harish Kalyan and Priya Bhavani Shankar are starring together in the upcoming Oh Manapenne, which is an official remake of the blockbuster 2016 Telugu rom com, Pelli Choopulu, which had Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey in the lead roles. Directed by Kaarthikk Sundar, the Tamil remake Oh Manapenne has generated quite a lot of excitement among fans of late as promotional stills and the first single track titled 'Lazy Song' released earlier this February have received a strong response. In that light, the much-awaited 'Bodhai Kaname' lyric video featuring visuals between Harish Kalyan and Priya Bhavani Shankar has now been officially released. 

Sung by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, 'Bodhai Kaname' in Oh Manapenne has lyrics penned by Vivek and is a soft and breezy romantic ballad that is sure strike the chord with the youth and the elderly alike for its lilting tune and touching verses. Produced by Satyanarayana Koneru & Ramesh Varma Penmetsa's SP Cinemas banner with Madhav Media & Third Eye Entertainment handling the release of Oh Manapenne, the expectations for the film are getting bigger as the film is suited for audiences of all ages and will ensure a big turnout when it comes out in theatres. 

Apart from Harish Kalyan and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles, Oh Manapenne also features Anbuthasan, Abishek Kumar, Ashwin Kumar, Venuu Arvind, KSG Venkatesh, Anish Kuruvilla, Samyuktha Viswanathan among others in pivotal roles. The film's technical team also includes cinematographer Krishnan Vasant, Kripakaran for the editing, art director Sadhish. K, costume design by G Anusha Meenakshi and dialogues written by Deepak Sundarrajan, with Mohan Rajan and Niranjan Bharathi also serving as lyricists for the remaining songs. Oh Manapenne has been adapted from Tharun Bhascker's story, with Deepak Sundarrajan, Sanjeev and Kaarthikk Sundar working on the film's screenplay.
