Thalapathy Vijay’s Master is easily one of the most expected films of this year which is scheduled to hit the screens on April 9 (could possibly be changed due to Corona Virus outbreak). This action thriller, which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Maanagaram and Kaithi fame, has music scored by Anirudh Ravichander. The film features Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi as the antagonist and it is indeed going to be exciting to see the face off between Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi on screen. The songs of the film was released day before yesterday (March 15) through a grand audio launch.

After the blockbuster success of the three singles, the entire album of Master has now been well-received and it has been getting rave reviews from music lovers and fans. Through one of the songs in the album, an interesting detail about Vijay Sethupathi’s character has now been revealed. There is a song in the Master album, ‘Polakattum Para Para’, which is crooned by Santhosh Narayanan and penned by Vishnu Edavan, who is also one of the ADs in the film.

Looking at the lyrics, there is a line that goes like, “Ooru muzhukka sandhu bondhu thedi paathukka nee. Ivana edhirkka satham kudukka komban illa ini.. BHAVANI..”. Well, does that make you confirm something? Vijay Sethupathi’s character name, maybe? It was speculated a few months back that Makkal Selvan will be called Bhavani in the film and it has now been officially confirmed through the lyric of ‘Polakattum Para Para’.
