The Corona Virus outbreak is taking a toll on the daily livelihood of people and it is starting to get intense all around the world. As a precautionary safety measure, most of the states throughout India, including Tamil Nadu, have ordered schools, colleges, malls, multiplexes and theatres, to be closed until the 31st of March, in order to bring an awareness among the people. The Government has requested the people to stay safe and indoor until the situation comes under control.

On that note, actor Karthi has now shared a tweet, requesting people to stay indoors and avoid public gatherings. He tweeted, “My sincere respects to the Govt., all institutions, especially doctors, nurses & their families who’re taking every precaution to protect us from #COVID19. I was still able to see people crowd at the beach. Let’s support the combined effort, stay at home& practice proper hygiene.”

Let us hope that the situation comes under control very soon. On the work front, Karthi is busy with two different projects, Sultan, directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and Mani Ratnam’s historical epic, Ponniyin Selvan. Both the projects are in different stages of production.
