In an unexpected turn of events, it has been reported that ace actor Vivekh suffered a heart attack, earlier this morning (April 16). His condition is said to be critical and the medical expert of doctors are closely examining his condition. According to reports, Vivekh has been admitted to SIMS Hospital in Vadapalani, Chennai, after he complained of breathlessness and chest pain. More details regarding his health condition are awaited. An official statement from the hospital is also expected to be released soon. This news has come as a big shocker for the people of Tamil Nadu and everyone has been praying for the speedy recovery of the talented actor. Only yesterday (April 15), Vivekh had taken the Covid 19 vaccine at the Omandur Hospital in Chennai.

Vivekh was conferred with the Kalaivanar Award for his contributions to Tamil Cinema by Tamil Nadu Government. He is also a recipient of Padmashri honour which was given to him in 2009.
