Nayanthara's special gesture for Bigil actress

A film that has taken Tamil Nadu by storm after its worldwide release last week on the festive occasion of Diwali, ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay’s Bigil has gone on to gross over 200 crores in collections and is still going strong at the box office. Directed by Atlee under the AGS Entertainment banner with music by A. R. Rahman, the action sports entertainer has many interesting highlights among which include Vijay essaying dual roles as father and son alongside the huge ensemble cast among whom was actress Amritha Aiyer, who played the role of a football player. Amritha Aiyer has gone on to become one of the most searched names by fans after playing the character named Thendral in Bigil. With the film out in theatres, she has now taken to her Instagram page to inform followers that she had received a special birthday gift in the form of a watch from Nayanthara. Amirtha Aiyer had prior to starring in Bigil appeared in Vijay’s 2016 blockbuster, Theri, in which she played the role of Samantha Akkineni’s cousin after which she made her heroine debut in Padai Veeran, opposite Vijay Yesudas. There were several key moments in Bigil which had Amritha Aiyer display her footballing skills and have fetched her lot of appreciation.
