American actor-filmmaker Ben Stiller, best known for his films like There's Something About Mary, Meet the Parents, Zoolander and, Night at the Museum, recently revealed in an interview that he has rekindled his marriage with wife Christine Taylor after the couple separated five years ago. The couple announced their split first in 2017, but later got back together during the pandemic and moved back in so that they could spend time with their two children - Ella and Quinlin. Speaking to Esquire, Stiller shared details about how he reunited with Taylor and said, "Then, over the course of time, it evolved. We were separated and got back together and we're happy about that. It has been really wonderful for all of us. Unexpected, and one of the things that came out of the pandemic."

Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor announced their separation in April 2017 after 17 years of marriage, but had not gone forward to file for a divorce. According to E!, the duo had stated in their explanation for their separation, "Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends. We kindly ask that the media respect our privacy at this time." Stiller and Taylor were last spotted together in public last October when they took part in a Project ALS benefit event in New York City, which sparked off speculations that they have gotten back together.

One of the most successful comedians in Hollywood, Ben Stiller has also been a part of blockbuster franchises like the animated adventure Madagascar films, Night at the Museum movies and Zoolander and its sequel. He also directed The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, which garnered rave reviews and also appeared in the multi-starrer Tropic Thunder, which also had Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr., Tom Cruise, Matthew McConaughey among others appear in important roles.
