Venkatesh Daggubati as Narappa leaves a good impact and his expertise adds more authenticity to the character. Priyamani, as the female lead is quite impressive, as well. Ammu Abhirami, who played a brief character in the flashback portion of Asuran, has been retained to play the same part in Narappa as well.
