American comedian and actor Tony Baker's 21-year-old son and two others were killed in a horrific car crash in Burbank, California, on Tuesday night. According to a statement by the Burbank Police Department, the victims had been thrown out of the vehicle upon impact and died on the spot, among whom included Tony's son, Cerain Baker, and his friends Jaiden Johnson, 20, and Natalee Moghaddam, 19. The police added that a fourth passenger, whose identity has not yet been revealed, suffered serious injuries and was rushed to the trauma center at a nearby hospital.

Speaking about his son Cerain's death, Tony Baker told NBC 4 Los Angeles it "feels like it's not real". He added, "We get waves of grief. We sob uncontrollably. Then it’s back to regular conversation." Cerain’s brother, Cencere, said he was "just a guy that everybody loved, so likable!" The four passengers were in a silver Volkswagen when two other vehicles, a gray Kia and a black Mercedes-Benz, had collided with their car. According to the police, the vehicles were traveling "at a high rate of speed and appeared to be racing" before the impact with the victims' car.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner stated that the three victims who died had sustained "multiple blunt force injuries", according to People. While the passengers in the Mercedes remained unharmed, the driver of the Kia "sustained serious injuries," and was taken to a hospital. Pictures of the crash are on social media and show one of the cars caught in fire, the Volkswagen, with its back half missing. Burbank Police Sgt. Emil Brimway said that he had never seen a car accident this disastrous in his 19-year career. He said, "I haven’t seen anything like this, personally, not to this magnitude and this level of debris over a two-city block span."

Tony Baker posted a heartfelt emotional message remembering his son Cerain and his two friends Jaiden Johnson and Natalee Moghaddam. He wrote on Instagram, "Myself and My Family are overwhelmed with the love and care from friends, fans and complete strangers. I FEEL the love. I see the text messages and some of the DM’s and just want you all to know that it’s appreciated. I know i am not alone and we are blessed to have soo many people to lean on, cling to and call. I loved that boy sooo much. My heart goes out to Jaiden & Natalee’s families as well. For those that were at the Vigil on Wednesday nite, you know that i was howling crying one minute, then crackin jokes the next. Thank You All. And I ‘m soo sorry that yal are sad too."
