All the countries affected by the Corona Virus pandemic are taking drastic efforts to control the spread of the deadly virus. Our Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Nation on March 19th and gave out some methods which could be undertaken to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus. One of the major steps that he had proposed was the implementation of a Janata Curfew on Sunday (March 22nd). Under this self-imposed curfew by the public, they would have to remain indoors and not come outside their houses from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, for a period of 14 hours.

This #JanataCurfew is expected to effective break the chain of the Corona Virus from spreading and help in controlling the pandemic. Many top actors and celebrities from across our country as well as from Kollywood, including Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Dhanush and others have been endorsing the Janata Curfew. Now, director Venkat Prabhu has also expressed his support for this but in his usual, comical way! Taking to his Twitter handle, Venkat Prabhu has put up a short video of a famous scene from Superstar Rajinikanth's blockbuster hit Baasha. This scene has Rajni telling his brother - "Ulley Po!", meaning 'Go Inside!'

Venkat Prabhu has mentioned in the post that if anybody sees members of the Public wandering outside tomorrow, to follow Superstar's style and ask them to return inside. Though being comical, it is indeed a step that people should follow. Many public awareness campaigns are being organised to educate people to follow the steps mentioned by the government. We, as responsible citizens, should follow self isolation and social distancing to ensure that the Corona Virus chain breaks and doesn't spread as randomly as it is happening now!
