MASS Update: Suriya's heroine in Aruvaa with director Hari is...
Before the COVID-19 Corona Virus Pandemic Outbreak happened, it was announced that Suriya's next movie would be with his favourite director Hari. It was also clarified that it would not be a part of the Singam franchise and that it would be a standalone project! This movie, being bankrolled by KE Gnanavelraja's Studio Green, had been titled Aruvaa and would mark the 39th movie in Suriya's career! It was also revealed that D Imman would be scoring the music for this project! Aruvaa marks the sixth collaboration between Suriya and Hari, following the 3 Singam movies, Vel and Aaru. D Imman is joining hands with Hari and Suriya for the first time! However, the heroine of this project had not been announced till now and the fans were eagerly waiting to know about it...
The gorgeous Raashi Khanna, who debuted in Tamil Cinema with Imaikkaa Nodigal, has revealed that she is playing the female lead in Suriya's Aruvaa! Raashi Khanna had a live interaction session with her fans on her Twitter handle and when one of them asked her about her current projects, she revealed her presence in Aruvaa. Raashi also revealed that she is a part of Aranmanai 3, director Sundar C's next project! She further went on to state that she is also in discussions for 2 other Telugu projects and would reveal them soon. Aruvaa was scheduled to start shooting in April and be completed in a single schedule with the release having been planned for this year's Deepavali. However, with all shooting being suspended because of the Corona Virus Pandemic, we will have to wait and see as to when shooting begins! Stay tuned for updates...
