WOW: Mysskin officially reveals his next film after Psycho - teams up with these leading stars!

Director Mysskin tasted success with his last film, Psycho, that starred Udhayanidhi Stalin, Aditi Rao Hydari, Nithya Menen, and debutant Rajkumar in the lead roles. Psycho managed to become a success at the box office, despite the mixed reactions from the general audience and the critics. Having said that, people have been eager to know about Mysskin’s next directorial project and we have seen various speculations doing the rounds on social media, for the past few days. However, an official word from the man himself has now come and it is sure to excite the fans.

In a recent interaction with veteran actor and director Chithra Lakshmanan, director Mysskin revealed that he would be working with STR and Arun Vijay in his upcoming movies. He said, “There are around 16 scripts I have structured and kept it ready. As projects, there are three films that I’d be doing. I narrated a story to Simbu recently and he really liked it. He has agreed to come onboard and we’d start that film after a year, once he finishes his current commitments (Maanaadu, Maha, etc). It is a full-on action film.

I’m doing a film with Arun Vijay and that will be my immediate next to begin shooting. The production house has also confirmed the project and I guess that will only be my next. I am also planning to do a horror film called Kaavu. Apart from these, Prabhu Deva master asked me if I had any stories for him and I have two scripts for him.”

Going by this, it looks like Mysskin has his hands full with some exciting projects. It is surely going to be exciting to see Mysskin collaborate with young and stylish stars like Arun Vijay and STR and one can be sure that these films would be a visual treat for the fans. While talking about STR’s film, Mysskin also shared that he’s planning to rope in either Vadivelu or Vivek for a very crucial character that travels throughout the film!
